What is a cloud console?
The Google Cloud Console provides a web-based, graphical user interface that you can use to manage your Google Cloud projects and resources. When you use the Cloud Console, you either create a new project or choose an existing project, and then use the resources that you create in the context of that project.
How do I access Cloud console?
Sign in to your Admin console
In any web browser, go to admin.google.com.
Starting from the sign-in page, enter the email address and password for your admin account (it does not end in @gmail.com). If you forgot your password, see Reset your administrator password.
